At My24Hr Private Limited, we are committed to delivering quality Ayurvedic products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To maintain transparency and customer satisfaction, please review our official policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- • Once a product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
- • We will only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- ○ In their original, unopened packaging
- ○ In unused condition
- ○ Accompanied by the original receipt/invoice and tags intact
- • A return or exchange will be accepted under the following conditions:
- ○ An incorrect product has been delivered (i.e., the product does not match the order confirmation).
- • All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Exchange
- • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info.my24hr@gmail.com.
- • Upon receiving your complaint, our team will assess the product and may contact you to verify the issue before proceeding with a replacement.
- • All return/exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by My24Hr Private Limited.
Damaged or Defective Products
- • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement.
- • Products damaged due to negligence, misuse, or improper application are not eligible under this policy.
Shipping Charges
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if your return/exchange is approved.
- • Shipping charges related to Free Trials are also non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Process
- • Products returned/exchanged under this policy will undergo a quality inspection.
- • If the product passes inspection, it will be accepted for return/exchange.
- • Once the return is accepted, please allow 10–15 business days for your request to be processed.
- • A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued only after the returned product is received and approved.
Refund Procedure
- • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 working days after:
- ○ The user provides the correct account/payment details (for refunds to bank accounts).
- ○ The returned product is received and approved by My24Hr Private Limited.
- • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
- • Cash refunds will not be processed, even if the order was placed with a cash-on-delivery option.
- • No refunds will be processed on discounted or promotional orders.
Non-Refundable Items
- • Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in sellable condition are not eligible for a refund.
- • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery, unless the item was damaged during shipment or delivered in a defective condition.
- • Free Trial product shipping charges are non-refundable.
