1. Currency and Pricing
- • All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- • All charges will be paid in Indian Rupees only.
2. Shipping Details
- • We use a trusted ground-based courier service for deliveries within India.
- • Shipping across India generally takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your state or area.
- • Some pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).
- • All orders are shipped with free delivery—there are no additional shipping charges.
- • For COD orders, a minimal charge of ₹50 will be applied.
3. Delivery Issues
- • If any product is damaged upon arrival, customers must register a complaint immediately.
- • Only one return or replacement will be entertained per order.
- • Customers are advised not to accept any parcel that appears damaged or tampered.
4. Shipping Eligibility
- • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
- • Orders can be delivered to any valid address within India.
5. Offers and Promotion Codes
- • To use a promotional offer, you must be signed in and apply the promo code on the shopping bag page before checking out.
- • Offer codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
- • Only one offer code can be used per order and cannot be applied to already discounted items.
6. Payment Options
- • My24Hr accepts secure payments through Razor Pay only.
- • Please do not send any credit card details via email, as it is not a secure communication method.

8. Order Confirmation
- • Once your order is placed, an order confirmation message will be displayed.
- • You will also receive an email with your order number and purchase details.
9. Order Cancellation (By Customer)
- • Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
- • Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- • If you wish to cancel, contact us within 4 hours of placing the order at info.my24hr@gmail.com.
- • If the order has not yet been processed, the amount will be refunded within 15 business days.
10. Order Cancellation (By My24Hr)
We reserve the right to cancel an order for the following reasons:
- • Product is out of stock or unavailable
- • Purchase limit exceeded
- • Pricing or product information errors
- • Invalid, incomplete, or non-serviceable address
- • Requirement of additional verification or clarification
In case of such cancellations after payment, the full amount will be refunded within 15 working days depending on your bank.
11. Use of Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points
- • Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.
- • If loyalty points were redeemed, they will be credited back to your account upon cancellation.
12. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- • Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
- • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- • COD and any applicable handling charges are non-refundable.
- • Refund timelines may vary as per the bank’s policy, and we have no control over this.
- • If the refund is processed via e-wallet, the amount should reflect within 24 hours.
13. Maximum Purchase Policy
- • Products on My24Hr.com are meant for personal use only.
- • There may be limits on quantities per customer.
- • If violated, the order may be cancelled and legal action may be initiated against resellers.
